Rosali – Rosali has been working in the public service for 20 years as a Human Resources Officer and Manager prior to her appointment as Manager of Cassowary Coast Employment in 1998. She has a qualification in B.A. Communication and a Business Certificate in Human Resources. Rosali is undertaking further studies in Mental Health.

Erica – also known as ‘Ricky’, has been employed in Cassowary Coast Employment since 1995 as the Administration Officer. She is currently performing the dual role of Employment & Training Consultant/Admin Officer. Erica has qualifications in B.A. Australian and Comparative Studies, B.A. Community Welfare and Certificate Level 4 in Training and Assessment. Erica is undertaking further studies in Mental Health.

Mark – Mark was employed as a Youth Worker for several years before he commenced employment with CCE as the Employment & Training Consultant in 2000. Mark has Certificate Levels 3 and 4 in Disability Work and Training and Assessment. In his younger years, Mark also completed an electrical apprenticeship. Mark is undertaking studies in Mental Health during 2008.

Norm - Norm is an Innisfail local and worked for the Commonwealth Department of Employment and Training for 21 years before joining CCE as an Employment & Training Consultant in 2000. He has qualifications at Certificate Levels 2, 3 and 4 in Literacy Support, Aquaculture, Disability Work, Training and Assessment. Norm is undertaking studies in Mental Health during 2008.

Jill – Jill joined CCE in November 2007 as an Employment & Training/Promotions Consultant. Jill’s work experience has been in private and medical industry in an administrative, customer service role. She also managed a rigging service as a business partner for six years. Jill is undertaking studies in Mental Health during 2008.

Peter - Peter has worked for more than 20 years in employment and training, as a youth worker, literacy and numeracy teacher, job search trainer and employment consultant. He now coordinates the Personal Support Programme for CCE. Peter has a degree in Adult Education and is undertaking further studies in Mental Health.

Tanya - Tanya is our part-time Admin Assistant/Receptionist. She started with CCE in November 2006. Prior to her employment with CCE, Tanya worked for more than 8 years with a large organisation in Western Australia that specializes in clinical, home support and residential services for the aged and people with a disability.
