Rosali – Rosali worked in the public service for 20 years as a Human Resources Officer and Manager prior to her appointment as Manager of Cassowary Coast Employment in 1998. She has a B.A. in Communication, a Business Certificate in Human Resources and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. Rosali recently completed Certificate IV in Mental Health – Non Clinical.

Erica – also known as “Ricky”, has been employed in Cassowary Coast Employment since 1995. Up until March 2008 she undertook a dual role as Administration Officer and Employment & Training Consultant. From April 2008 until June 2009 she worked as an Employment & Training Consultant with additional duties as a PSP Officer and is now working full time as an Employment & Training Consultant. Erica has a B.A. in Australian and Comparative Studies, B.A. in Community Welfare, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and has recently completed Certificate IV in Mental Health – Non Clinical.

Mark – Mark was employed as a Youth Worker for several years before he commenced employment with CCE as an Employment & Training Consultant in 2000. Mark has Certificate Levels III and IV in Disability Work, Training and Assessment. In his younger years, Mark also completed an electrical apprenticeship. Mark recently completed Certificate IV in Mental Health – Non Clinical.

Norm - is an Innisfail local and worked for the Commonwealth Department of Employment and Training for 21 years before joining CCE as an Employment & Training Consultant in 2000. He has attained Certificate Levels II, III & IV in Literacy Support, Aquaculture, Disability Work, Training and Assessment and has recently completed Certificate IV in Mental Health – Non Clinical.

Jill – joined CCE in November 2007 as an Employment & Training Consultant. Jill’s work experience has been in the private and medical industries in an administrative, customer service role. She also managed a rigging service as a business partner for 6 years. Jill has recently completed Certificate IV in Mental Health – Non Clinical.

Peter - has worked for more than 20 years in employment and training, as a youth worker, literacy and numeracy teacher, job search trainer and employment consultant. Peter joined CCE in August, 2006 and co-ordinated the Personal Support Program until June 2009. He is now working on a temporary basis as a Consultant for CCE. Peter has a Bachelor of Teaching (Education & Training of Adults) and a Certificate IV in Mental Health – Non Clinical.

Tanya - is our part time Administration Assistant / Receptionist and started with CCE in November 2006. Tanya has had over 8 years administrative experience of which 2 of these years were spent with a large organization in Western Australia that specialized in clinical, home support and residential services for the aged and people with a disability.
